Brecon Way, Edge End
How to get
there: Turn off A4136 into Haw Ave (on Monmouth side of B4028
next to the Cor-Unum B&B). Go down Haw for 200 yds and turn left
into Brecon Way. Park on grass on right of Brecon Way.
Distance of
walk: 5.6 km (3.5 miles)
Brief
description: Almost all walk is on Forestry Commission roads,
much of it fairly level on a contour path but one steep section
for about 250m (275 yds). Good views to north of Edge End.

Meet at car park on the B4228 St.
Briavels to Chepstow Road,on the right past the Hewelsfield
brown sign that says Offas Dyke. Track and woods, field and one
stile. Flat walking, approx 3.5 miles. Led by Denis and Do Hodson

One stile. Flat walking. Tracks, woods and fields. Good
views. Allow 2 hours.
